An unrestricted gift allows the PHCC to allocate funding where it is most needed, but you may also restrict your gift to support the program of your choice. 	Tribute and Memorial Gifts Express your regard for a loved one or recognize an important event by making a commemorative gift. Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent of the law, and the PHCC is happy to acknowledge your contribution by sending a letter to whomever you indicate. All amounts are confidential unless you specify otherwise. Commemorative gifts may be made by contacting the Finance Department at 770.255.0467 or donate@thephcc.org.
	Stock Your gift of appreciated stock that has been held for more than one year will benefit the PHCC and may save you capital gains taxes and provide a variety of other tax benefits. Please consult your tax advisor to find out how a charitable donation of stock can help your reach your personal financial goals. To make a gift of stock to the PHCC, please follow the following instructions. Please alert the PHCC’s Finance Department of your intent to make a gift of stock. Please include your name, your complete address, the name and number of the securities you intend to transfer, your broker’s name and telephone number, the date of the stock transfer and the approximate value of your gift.
