VENDORS
All booth assignments are at the discretion of the PHCC and are based primarily on the potential makeup of the Expo as a whole. We reserve the right to refuse any application or category of product or service.
Vendor Application Deadlines have been extended to July 7, 2009. Spaces will be considered on a first come first served basis.
EXPO Vendors

The Expo is a great opportunity to present your family-friendly product or service to over 1000 expected attendees.
The EXPO will be held at the Pleasant Hill Community Center (PHCC) and offers easy access for exhibitors and attendees. Booths are ONLY $50.00. Event attendees will be encouraged to visit all booths to qualify for the “Big Giveaways”.
To reserve a booth, a copy of the application must be received accompanied by payment in full. Applications not accompanied by payment will be discarded.

Service Vendors
Service Vendors are businesses and organizations that offer free services to the C.I.D./EXPO participants. This is a great way of giving back to the community and informing people of the services available in the community. There is not a charge for Service Booths, but the service must be approved.
If you are a business, and not an organization, your free service must be performed at the EXPO. Otherwise you will be classified as an EXPO Vendor
which has a small fee of $50 per booth.

Food Vendors
Each year at Community Impact Day,
participants like to indulge in delectable delights. If you have the type of food that makes taste buds jump for joy, submit your application today.
There is a $50.00 charge for Food Vendors. Foods served must be approved. It is strongly recommended that prices charged be reasonable.

Attendance at C.I.D & EXPO is agreement/consent to use any photographs or video footage captured at the discretion of The Pleasant Hill Community Center without any compensation or further permission needed.
